Snow Hike – Terms & Conditions

Risk Awareness
Snow hiking is a high-risk outdoor activity. By joining, you fully accept
the risks related to cold weather, snow, ice, falls, fatigue, and changing
conditions.

Fitness & Health
This hike is not suitable for beginners. Participants must be physically
fit and free from medical conditions that could put them at risk in snow
or extreme cold.

Mandatory Equipment
Proper winter gear is required, including snow-appropriate hiking boots,
warm and waterproof clothing, sufficient food and water, and all gear
announced by the organizers. Participants without proper equipment will
not be allowed to join.

Guide Authority & Rules
All participants must follow the guide’s instructions at all times. The
guide may change the route, stop the hike, or remove any participant for
safety reasons.

Liability Waiver
By participating, you release Highlanders961, its guides, and organizers
from any liability for injuries, accidents, or losses during the event.

Insurance
Participants are responsible for their own health and adventure insurance.
No insurance is provided by the organizer.

Payment & Cancellation
Prepayment is mandatory by the announced deadline. Cancellations within 48
hours are non-refundable. If the event is canceled by Highlanders961 due
to weather or safety concerns, a full refund will be issued.

Emergency Situations
Any injury, illness, or unusual condition must be reported immediately to
the guide. Full cooperation is required in emergencies.

Personal Belongings
Each participant is responsible for their own equipment and belongings.
The organizer is not responsible for loss or damage.

Environmental Respect
Leave no trace. All trash must be carried out, and nature must be
respected at all times.

Agreement
By registering and attending, you confirm that you have read, understood,
and agreed to these terms.
⚠️ This is a challenge snow hike. Participation means full acceptance of
responsibility and conditions.
